Dear Tala Friends, 

I hope you had a lovely weekend. It is August now and we are slowly moving on in the second half of the year. If you enjoy preserving, now is the time to start looking for equipment and getting yourself kitted up for some home cooking and pickling. Home preserving has seen the likes of Kate Moss trying their hand at jam making with much success and now you too can make the most of the seasonal delights of the British Summer. The Great British Food Magazine have just printed their recommendations for some home preserving equipment in this month's magazine. 

Featured are some of Tala's favourite products. The Tala thermometer is featured and it is perfect for making jams and chutneys. Now is the perfect time to start thinking about gifts, treats and presents for loved ones who love to create unique home flavours and delights. Homemade marmalade is a favourite and will change your view on marmalade forever.
