Description

Bag is 54 x 35cm. Tala Roasting Bags will leave your kitchen and oven clean making it easier to enjoy roasts with all the cleaning up later. The bag can fit a full turkey and can be used with different joints.

Directions: 1. Place your seasoned meat or fish into the bag or add seasoning to the bag after. Twist the end and tie. 2. Place into the oven onto a roasting tray. Once cooked, remove carefully from the oven and allow cooling a little before undoing the tie. 3. Remove the bag to leave succulent, fully flavoured meat or fish. Always check your poultry is thoroughly cookedin the thickest part of the joint. Guide to Turkeys; 2.25kg. Serves 4-6. Thaw in fridge 27 hrs - Thaw in cool room 9 hrs. Cook at 200C/fan 180c/gas 6 for first 20 mins. Then 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 for next 1 hour 30 mins. 3-3.5kg. Serves 7-9. Thaw in fridge 42 hrs - Thaw in cool room 12-14 hrs. Cook at 200C/fan 180c/gas 6 for first 20 mins. Then 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 for next 2 hours. 4.5-5.5kg. Serves 10-11. Thaw in fridge 66 hrs - Thaw in cool room 18-22 hrs. Cook at 200C/fan 180c/gas 6 for first 20 mins. Then 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 for next 3 hours and 30 min. 6.75-7.5kg. Serves 12-15. Thaw in fridge 90 hrs - Thaw in cool room 27-30 hrs.
