The Tala Maslin pan is ideal to make your favourite
homemade jams preserves and chutneys. Its wide diameter top helps rapidly
evaporate excess liquid without boiling over. The practical pouring lip ensures
easy transfer of liquid to jam funnel when filling jars. The Tala Maslin Pan is
also useful for extracting juice from fruit when making homemade wine and for
reducing sauces. Constructed in stainless steel the maslin pan has a capacity
of approximately 8 litres a 30.5cm diameter top and a height of 13cm. The 2mm
encapsulated base allows even heat distribution. For best results use on a low
to medium heat to prevent the base burning.
