Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone and Honey

Juicy, caramelised peaches meet rich, creamy mascarpone in this simple yet elegant dessert. Drizzled with golden honey and served warm from the grill, these Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone and Honey are the perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and indulgent. Ideal for summer gatherings or an easy treat that feels effortlessly sophisticated.

Equipment:

Tala Performance Baking Tray 

Ingredients:

4 peaches 

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

4 tbsp brown cane sugar 

250g mascarpone cheese 

250g Greek yogurt 

4 tbsp honey 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

To finish:

Almonds, chopped 

Mint leaves

Honey 

Method:

1. Wash and halve the peaches, carefully removing the pit.

2. Generously brush the peaches with the oil then place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof baking paper. 

3. Sprinkle the peaches with brown sugar then bake under the oven grill for 10 mins, until soft and golden.

4. In the meantime make the mascarpone cream. Add the mascarpone, yogurt, honey and vanilla to a mixing bowl and mix until combined. Set aside.

5. Serve the peaches with some of mascarpone cream, chopped almond and a bit of honey.

6. Decorate with fresh mint leaves.

7. Enjoy!
