All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.The delivery time may differ due to the chosen payment method, availability in our warehouse, product type or due to public Holidays.
Website Returns Policy
We do everything we can to deliver quality products and it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you still do not like a product, you can return it within 14 days of purchase date.
Upon receipt of the products, we will refund the purchase amount or arrange a replacement, unless otherwise agreed. The product must be returned to us in its original state and packaging, with all accessories supplied. The costs for return are always borne by the customer.

Please remember to include the invoice or print a copy of your emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please also include whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We ask you to allow 3-5 working days from the time the parcel arrives with us to be processed.
