Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Bars

Equipment:

Tala Silicone Lolly Mould

Tala Dusty Pink Mixing Bowl 

Ingredients:
300ml double cream
200g condensed milk, cold
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g dark chocolate
50g white chocolate (optional)

Method:

1. Add the vanilla and the double cream to a large mixing bowl and whip with an electric whisk for a few minutes.


2. Fold in the refrigerated condensed milk.


3. Divide the mixture between 4 popsicle moulds. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.


4. Gently melt the dark chocolate over bain-marie. Set aside for a few minutes.


5. Remove the popsicles from their moulds and dip them in the melted chocolate. They should be completely covered in chocolate.


6. Place the popsicles on a tray covered with baking paper. Return to the freezer.


7. In the meantime melt the white chocolate over bain-marie then transfer to a small piping bag.


8. Get the Popsicles from the freezer and drizzle with the white chocolate.


9. Enjoy!
