Coffee ice cubes latte
Prep time 5 mins
Freeze time 8 hours
Serves 4
Ingredients:
400ml coffee
600ml milk
Sugar or sweetener (optional)
Method:
1. Brew a batch of coffee, let it cool down, then pour in an ice tray.
2. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
3. Add 3-4 coffee ice cubes into a tall glass. Top with any milk of your choice.
4. Add some sugar or sweetener and mix until dissolved.
