Chocolate and Pistachio Swirls

Ingredients:
320g puff pastry
150g pistachio spread
60g dark chocolate chips
2-3 tbsp milk
Crushed pistachios (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
- Roll out the pastry dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the pistachio filling over the rolled out pastry with the help of a spatula then sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
- Roll up the pastry starting from the shorter end of the dough.
- Slice the dough into 12 equal swirls then transfer to a large baking tray, lined with greaseproof baking paper.
- Brush with some milk and sprinkle with crushed pistachios before baking for about 15 mins until puff and golden.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool down.
