Tala Performance Baking Tray 25 x 18cm 

 

Ingredients:

3 large eggs

3 cups of flour

2 cups milk

50g unsalted butter, melted plus extra for greasing

2 teaspoons baking powder

2&½ teaspoon vanilla extract

50g caster sugar

100g dark choc chips

150g strawberries, sliced

Maple syrup

 

Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine together the eggs and the sugar then add the milk, constantly stirring.
  2. In another bowl mix the flour and baking powder.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine fully.
  4. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract and mix.
  5. Finally fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
  7. Pour the pancake batter into a large baking tray previously greased with some butter.
  8. Top with the sliced strawberries then bake in a preheated oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4 for 15 mins.
  9. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve while still warm.
  10. Enjoy!
