Thick Smoothie Bowls with Fruit Topping

Start your day with a burst of colour and flavour with these Thick Smoothie Bowls topped with fresh fruit. Packed with goodness and blended to a luxuriously creamy texture, they’re as nourishing as they are beautiful. Perfect for a wholesome breakfast or a refreshing midday boost, each bowl is a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.

Equipment:

Tala Acacia Bowl 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen berries 

2 small frozen bananas, sliced

50ml any milk of your choice 

To finish:

Fresh fruit

Sesame seeds

Freeze dried raspberries 2 tbsp honey 

Method:

1. Add the frozen berries, frozen banana and the milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Divide between 2 serving bowls and top with fresh fruit, sesame seeds and freeze dried raspberries.

3. Drizzle with some honey.

4. Serve and enjoy!
